We don’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or ordering mistakes, unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
If your item has a quality issue, you can request a return within 12 months of purchase. We'll assess the product before confirming any return.
Custom orders, clearance, ex-rental, and showroom stock can't be cancelled or refunded.
If we approve a cancellation for stocked (non-custom) items, we’ll issue store credit minus a 20% restocking fee.📄 For full details, please refer to our Cancellation & Returns Policy.
6. Do you offer product warranties?
We offer the following warranties, in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law:
- Furniture: 5-year structural warranty
- Mattresses: 10-year structural warranty (excluding feather inserts)
- Lighting & Decor: 1-year warranty (excludes light globes)
Please note: Warranties don’t cover misuse, relocation outside our service area, third-party handling, or natural variations in handcrafted materials.
